How it works

Our service costs €50 per appointment. Book a call or write to us to start a booking or to ask a question.

Before asking us for help, please try booking an appointment yourself on the Siga Portal. If you find one at the time and place you need, congratulations—you don’t need us! Why book an appointment?

If you can’t find an appointment, or none of the available ones suit you, here is how we work:

1. You book a call or write to us.
2. We have a short call. We arrange a 15-minute Google Meet call in English. You show us what you are trying to book, and together we agree on the search criteria: office locations, time range, and so on.
3. You pay a €50 deposit.
4. You send us the required booking information.
5. Our software watches the Siga Portal and books a freed-up slot that matches your criteria the moment it appears.
6. You get your appointment.

Payment and refunds

The deposit becomes our payment only once we book an appointment that matches your search criteria.

Slots free up only when someone cancels, cancellations are scarce, so a search may take days. Until we book an appointment, you can withdraw at any time—for example, if you no longer want to wait or have solved the problem another way. We refund the €50 in full and stop searching.

Why a deposit? Our software books a slot the moment it frees up, before someone else takes it, so there is no time to stop and ask you to pay.

The deposit is not refundable once an appointment is booked matching an agreed-upon criteria.

Improving your appointment

Your €50 covers up to three searches. We suggest keeping the criteria broad for the first search: you are more likely to get an appointment quicker, even if it is not ideal. Then use the remaining searches to improve on it.

For example, say you need an IRN appointment within 14 days. You live in Lisbon and would prefer Lisbon or Amadora. For the first search, we would add more offices, such as Cascais, Oeiras, and Loures. Once you have an appointment, we run a second search limited to Lisbon and Amadora. If it finds a slot, we book it and cancel your first appointment. If it comes up empty, you keep the appointment from the first search.

The deposit is not refundable once the first appointment is booked.

Required booking information

To book an appointment for you, we need at least:

• The full name of the person the appointment is for.
• Their NIF (or another form of identification).
• A mobile phone number.

Why we use our own email

Booking an appointment requires a verification code sent by email, and we must enter it quickly before someone else takes the slot. That is why we book with our own email address: so that we can read the verification code and complete the booking straight away.
