Before booking a call with us, please try to book your appointment yourself on the Siga Portal. Here is what you need to know.

Three ways to visit a public service

There are three ways to arrange a visit to a Portuguese public service, such as IRN, IMT or Segurança Social:

1. Walk in. Go to the office, take a ticket if any are left, and wait in line.
2. Get a same-day ticket online through the Siga Portal. You will be seen, though these tickets rank below those issued at the door.
3. Book a timed appointment through the Siga Portal.

An appointment is the best option. You know your time in advance and don’t wait in line. Same-day tickets, whether taken at the door or online, are only available while they last.

2. Found one at a time and place that suits you? Book it. You don’t need us.
3. Found nothing suitable? Book a call with us and we’ll watch for cancellations for you.
